• The house is approached by a gently sloping driveway to a flat, paved area for disembarking by the low threshold door and parking for 2/3 cars. The rest of the parking area is gravel.

     Downstairs;

• Wheelchair access toilet with handrails, washbasin

• Utility area with freezer

• Bedroom with patio door onto decking (wheelchair accessible) En-suite wet room with shower, toilet, washbasin, shower seat and handrails.

• Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, 'fridge, low level breakfast bar and patio doors onto decking.

• Sitting room with tv, dvd player, and patio doors onto decking.

• Upstairs;

• Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet

• Bedroom with double bed

• Bedroom with two single beds

• Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

• The beds can be re-arranged to have two singles in the downstairs bedroom if that is preferable and we can also put the two singles together as a "superking".

• Good size rear garden (new lawn sown in 2008)

• Decking on south and west sides, with distant ( 1 mile as the crow flies) sea views on the west. 

• The owner lives next door and runs a small, quiet horse yard separated from the holiday cottage by a small paddock. If you have a horse and you'd like to bring it on holiday too, livery can be provided for an extra charge. Please contact Mary for details. (see 'contact us').
