Ty Pinc is on the edge of the village of St. Nicholas which is in the north west of Pembrokeshire in west Wales.

From the M4, follow signs for Carmarthen

From Carmarthen, follow the A40 to Haverfordwest and on towards Fishguard. At Letterston, turn left onto the B4331, signposted Mathry / St. David's. In the village of Castlemorris, turn right for St. Nicholas. Stay on this road, crossing over two cross roads, and you will arrive in the village. Llemair's lane is on the left as you are leaving the main village area, beside a grey house.   The green roof of the stable building is visible from the lane entrance. Enter the lane and pass the first gateway and Ty Pinc is down the lane on your left.

From The North via mid Wales, take the A487 from Aberystwyth south all the way to Fishguard.  In Fishguard, follow signs for St. David's, staying on the A487. Take a right turn for St. Nicholas and stay on this road until you arrive in St. Nicholas.  Llemair's lane is on the left as you are leaving the main village area, beside a grey house.   The green roof of the stable building is visible from the lane entrance. Enter the lane and pass the first gateway and Ty Pinc is down the lane on your left.
