Ty Pinc (welsh for Pink House and pronounced "tee pink") is a detached house standing in it's own grounds, in the village of St. Nicholas, some 5 miles from Fishguard. It has it's own parking, a shelterd garden, decking on the west and south sides and is just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the famous Coast Path. The area is a favouite for walking, birdwatching, kyaking, coaststeering and sightseeing.

Ty Pinc has been purpose built with access for wheelchairs and a downstairs bedroom with en suite wet room. The whole downstairs is easy to get around and there is wheelchair access to the decking through patio doors from the bedroom, kitchen and sitting room to make the most of the sun and the views of the coast. There is a distant sea view from the downstairs and decking.  St. Nicholas is a small village of pretty private cottages and houses plus a delightful church and a village hall, giving a feeling of  rural peace . Although the village is quiet there is  plenty to do and see in nearby towns with lovely pubs, restaurants and galleries. Lovely scenery and walks can be enjoyed from the house and the "Stumble Shuttle" bus service stops in the village                                                                           

Within easy driving distances are beaches offering access to the disabled such as Whitesands, Newport and Pwllgwaelod, and there is a beach wheelchair hire service available so you can get right down to the water. There are also some viewpoints and accessible pathways along the coast, and accessible attractions and places to eat.

Livery for horses is also available on the stableyard at Llemair, should you wish to bring your horse on holiday, too!  This is quite separate from the holiday cottage, accross the other side of a small paddock. The owners house is nearby.
